Eligibility
Overseas-based Master’s or PhD students matriculated at an overseas university through a centre-to-centre collaboration with a Singapore research centre; a Bachelor’s degree, ideally equivalent to Second-Class Upper, is expected. Students are nominated through the collaborating researchers and institutions.
